Opening Hours

The Hertfordshire Leisure Club is open during the following hours:

Monday – Friday: 6.30am – 10.00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 8.00am – 8.00pm

 

The Hertfordshire Leisure Club is a luxury facility built around your needs and is designed to help you unwind and relax.

The central feature of the Leisure Club is the inviting Greco-Roman style swimming pool. Surrounded by the equally appealing spa, sauna and steam room, this is the perfect place to indulge yourself.
 
 

In our cardiovascular training suite you will find the latest, Life Fitness training equipment including cross trainers, step machines and electronic exercise bikes.

The resistance suite boasts an 11 station Life Fitness area accompanied with the latest Life Fitness Resistance Machines – a new concept in weight training.

The Aerobics suite hosts a variety of fitness classes throughout the week and the classes range from Yoga and Pilates to Body Combat.
